Q 01: What do I do with the .exe file?

A: From the browser, select the option to "Run from current location". This launches setup program, which will install the program files and create an entry in the start menu. If you already downloaded the file, just double-click on it to start the installer.

Q 02: Do you produce products for the Mac?

A: All of our products are fully tried out and tested with Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7. It's now fully compatible with 64-bit versions of XP, Vista, 7. There are no Mac or Linux versions.

Q 03: How do I uninstall your products?

A: Our products can be uninstalled by opening Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. Select our product you installed from the list and click the button "Add/Remove". This launches the uninstall program.

Q 04: The program worked fine before but not now?

A: Try to reinstall it. If it doesn't solve the problem, please email to support@mp3editorpro.com

Q 05: I found a bug! Now what?

A: The most important thing when reporting a bug is to be as specific as possible. Give us enough information that we can reproduce the bug ourselves, otherwise it's unlikely that we'll be able to fix it.
